The objectives of this course are to (1) acquire fundamental knowledge of human resource management, (2) be an expert in key human resource management systems related to acquisition, development, performance management, and retention of human resources, (3) cultivate insights into the impact of business environments such as economics, law, and the labor market on human resource management, and (4) provide a comprehensive explanation of the positive influence of human resource management systems on organizational performance.
